IBD and Lyme Disease

Sat, January 04, 2014 9:14 PM

I was curious to know how many of you have been tested and diagnose with Lyme Disease (and other tick borne bacterial infections)?

Current conventional Lyme lab testing is 50% inaccurate and therefore many patients are misdiagnosed with other health conditions, including IBD.

I was diagnosed with IBD in the late 90's and was finally diagnosed properly two years ago.

Many people are misdiagnosed due to a severe lack of education in the health care community, as well as patients being misinformed.

The most accurate test is offered by a lab company in California.

I have been under treatment for two years by a top tick borne disease specialist and my IBD symptoms have dissipated.

Please watch the documentary "Under Our Skin" on Youtube.com or hulu.com to learn more.

I would hate see anyone suffer unnecessarily,as I did for so many years.
