Vitamins/ Supplements

Looking for recommendations for vitamins/supplements -- brand specific, formulations etc -- that people have found to be well-tolerated and not cause GI distress. Any suggestions?

I became depressed because of this and it was hard to concentrate. At that time, my vision fell because I was working a lot, but it is worth contacting glasses com customer service in such cases. I began to be more calm, because this is just a period in life that will soon end and a new white streak will appear. So I advise you to turn there for advice

I had great experience with supplements from the Thorne line which were prescribed by my naturopathic doctor, but they are costly so I also love Flora Health which I can buy direct and have had good experiences with all of the items I've tried with them.

I have not had issues with any supplements or vitamins other than iron which is known to irritate the GI tract. I just try to take all my vitamins after a meal so I don't take them on an empty stomach and that has helped. For iron, I actually get infusions if I need it so I don't have to take it orally.
