I always carry a Biffy Bag disposable travel toilet with me when I travel. It is small enough to fit in your pocket, glove box or purse and it is ready to use in seconds. Sounds crazy but they work great. Check them out at www.biffybag.com . I always have at least one in my glove box. Good Luck

I'm sorry that I don't have specific advise for you but I want you to know that I have been to all three and always found good stuff to eat and clean places to go to the BR.
If you can schedule your travel times around when you usually feel best. I usually feel worst in the am so I just avoided any early flights or other stuff where I had to make reservations. Just have an outline of what you want to see and do and do at your pace. Hopefully you are traveling with someone who knows what your going through like a spouse or good friend, that always helps!
