I have found that it is extremely helpful to write about everything you are going through. I get very stressed out, anxious and emotional very easily, and we all know how those don't mix too well with Crohns Disease. Journal about everything, just about your day, how you're feeling, what you're eating, what medication you're taking, and just about your everyday life. I found having a blog very helpful, It feels nice writing down everything you're experiencing, and people can find your blog and share with you similar experiences. There are a lot of free blogging websites, which I HIGHLY recommend trying out. My blog is www.courageandguts.wordpress.com
