Hi! I am looking for someone who has been living with UC for a while now and is willing to speak (e-mail) with me about what I am going through. I am 28 y.o. and a female with two small children. My father suffered from UC for 20+ years but passed away in September due to cancer, unrelated. So, the one person who could educate me, is now gone. If you would like to, my e-mail is fgarrone@tms.org.
Thank you.

Hello - I hope your week in starting out well. I read you message and it really touched me. I understand what you are feeling are just remember you are not alone. This is a great place to talk to others with UC that can comfort you and give you advice.
I have had UC since Nov 2005 and it has been a lot to deal with. Learning about all of the meds and when to take them. I have a BIG pill box which I have to fill every Sunday for the week of my meds and vitiams. UC can be frustrating at times and painful, but you need to try and take each day as it comes. Sometimes it hour by hour.
I will be glad to talk to you anytime. My email is cherigilbert@hotmail.com
I hope you have a great day.
