I don't get the flu shot. I've read that the shot  is less than 10% effective. Out of every 100 people that get the shot, if they did not get the shot less than 10 of them would have gotten the flu. My   Dr. does not argue with this. I eat healthy, make sure I get plenty of rest and keep up with my vitamins.

The regular flu vaccine is only effective a fraction of time, if they manage to get the strain right. The other thing to worry about is the Mercury they put in these vaccines called Thimerosol which are unsafe. Read the book called "Evidence of Harm" its very enlightening, yet scary. When you do decide to get the flu vaccine, demand the Thimerosol free version.

Doing nothing different.  Eating the same healthy low carb diet, taking the same antioxidants, probiotics and omega 3supplements to improve my bacteria flora.  I will still take 2000iu of Vitamen D.  Vitamen D helps keep the flu away.

I cant remember the last time I hd the flu or a cold....i think it was last year.  And when i was sick I did not take any medication and I got over the cold in a few days.
