Feeling just about ready to jump!

I am having a colonoscopy on Tuesday, my 4 year old is sick, my husband is really trying to be helpful ( he's out looking for blue jello), but I'm not finding him to be helpful-I guess it's the mood I'm in.   I just went back to work and had the whole summer off-why couldn't I have had the colonoscopy then?  My symptoms, crohns and ulcerative colitis, have not responded to meds and have gotten worse.  My GI thinks it may be the colitis and not the crohns. My ceiling is leaking terribly and we just tore down the horrific wallpaper and painted and we have a ton of damage from the last storm when the rain came in sideways!  I know, this is nothing compared to some diseases, situations, etc.  but I just want my doctor to give me something that takes some of the symptoms away and then maybe I wouldn't be sto stressed which absolutely does not help matters at all!  I just want  this week to end and it hasn't even started.  Thank goodness the Patriots won!   Have a great night!!!

Hoping the test went well today and hopefully there will be some answers given.   If they can find something new and treat it you can be back on "the mend".

I am a mom of a CD patient.  Having had a gone through the toddler years, I don't know how you do it, running after your little one and coping with your "special belly".    Keep doing what you are doing.

Hope all is well (or as can be expected).

Thanks so much for your kindness.  I want them to find something that they can treat or nothing at all.  I'll be glad when the test is over.  I was feeling okay today, just hungry, until I started the Prep!  Have a great night!

Wow, talk about Murphey's Law.    Sometimes everything seems wrong!   The stress of all the goings- on can have a horrible impact on the gut.   Hang in there.

I am glad you are having a better day today.

Good luck with tomorrow's test.

Hi.  My husband is great and I couldn't go through this without him.  He's an awesome father and husband and I feel bad that I felt that way yesterday but today's a new day.  I'm home with my 4 year old and glad to be home with her.  My colonoscopy is tomorrow and that will be over.  I'm actually starving today and I'm never hungry!  Go figure, the day I can't eat and I'm actually hungry!  Have a great day!
