Alternatives to 3 way foley and treatment center recs

I have 2 problems but my main question is : Does anyone know of a major urology center with nationally recognized experience in my problems?
I am actually asking for a family member who has had Chron's for about 7 years. He has developed a stricture in his bladder, but from what he describes to me, he also has a fistula from his bladder to his colon. He is faced with increasing problems with urination and recently, a Foley had to be removed due to being "clogged". A very rude urologist came in for 30 seconds and told him he probably needs a 3 way Foley and then instructed the nurses that noone was to call him except the nurses. I told him NOT to do anything yet without a 2nd opinion, and to make sure that he gets some options from a major treatment center.
Can anyone tell me where to get this information or if they have any knowledge of a doctor or center that he should go to? If there was one close to Orlando Florida that would be easier but obviously, given the gravity of the situation, he will go anywhere.

I haven't received a reply so I'm going to shorten my question. Does anybody know of a reputable and experienced center for Crohn's and its complications near Orlando Florida? (Actually in Melbourne, near Cape Canaveral).
