Crohns in remission, but may need colectomy due to polyps with dysplasia.

I have Crohn's and have been in remission for 2 years with Entyvio. On a recent colonoscopy to check for healing my GI doc found that my colon had healed, but found 2 polyps in the cecum which were "polypoid adenoma-like low-grade dysplasia". He will repeat the colonoscopy in September, take more biopsies. If any are positive he says I will face total colectomy because the polyps are caused by the inflammation. Just when I was doing so well, feeling great, eating anything I want, I was struck with this shocker. Now I am facing ileostomy. Have any of you had this experience? Please tell me your outcome.
