Surgery outside digestive system

Im having a heart valve replacement. The valve was found to be mildly leaking 6 years ago. Two months ago, following a routine echocardiogram, it is severely leaking and must be replaced. The reason is because of an "inflammatory process" somewhere in my body. In the last year I have also had bilateral uveitis and erythema nodosum and increased gingivitis. I know Crohns has been found with other inflammatory processes like rheumatoid arthritis. My GI doc says the uveitis and erythema nodosum were both Crohns complications. But the heart valve is unknown? Anyone have similar symptoms?
