Crohn's 30 years ago

Fri, September 20, 2019 10:05 PM

In the early 1980s I was diagnosis with Crohn’s disease.  The disease had progress to where I had bowel obstructions.  They performed resection surgery to remove the blockages.  There was no followup.  The past 30 some years I have lived with well-known system of Crohn’s.  Recurrently I had a colonoscopy.  Polys were found and removed.  There was no evidence of active Crohn’s disease or colitis.  I am wondering if anyone else has had this experience.  All literature that I have read says there is not a cure for Crohn’s.
