Hello, i have tried soy milk, almond breeze milk, lactaid, silk, 2% milk, fat-free milk, low-fat milk, vitamin d whole,...for the most part, they all give me gas. I have not noticed gas when i take the rice milk. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm currently trying lifeway lowfat KEFIR, it's not too bad. Today i had some and was sort of ok. any suggestions???

I've had difficulty too with various milks, my dr recommended process of elimination. So, after trying many of the same milks, I found Coconut Milk to work well for me. Glad the Rice Milk seems to be agreeing with you. I make lots of different smoothies and baked goods substituting with my milk and am much happier.
