I was diagnosed when I was 23 and now I am 26 and throughout this time I haven't experienced any major symptoms. Recently I got a routine colonoscopy that showed inflammation, showing that my medication Balsalazide might not be working. My doctor recommend that I go on biologics but I thought that sounded severe for someone who doesn't have symptoms. 

I want to tryout the SCD but since I don't have any sympoms I'm not sure how to progress throughout the diet and I am wondering if I need to do the normal phases or if I can just limit my diet to the legal food right away. Does anyone have any recommendations for controlling inflammation through diet when you don't have any symptoms and if SCD is the right path to take?

People with sickle cell trait are genetic carriers of SCD. They have no symptoms and can't develop SCD, but they may be able to pass it on to their children. Today our physical activity is new, we have to do cricket, football and dance events near me. Those with the trait may have a higher risk of some other complications, including unexpected exercise-related death.
