Anyone know of any anti-inflammatory supplements to take ?
I am on Immunosuppresents and DO NOT wish to Boost my immune system but there should still be something available to help combat the inflammatory process.

Fish oil?
Turmic?
Any recommended websites where you find reliable information appreciated!

I'm not sure if anyone mentioned this but I take ginger root capsols. It also helps with my bad shoulder. LOL.

The Omega-3 oils are anti-inflammatory.  I pour flax seed oil on almost everything, including smoothies, pasta, soup, etc. (don't cook with it, as heat kills the beneficial properties).

Protein and vitamins/minerals (the ones you may be deficient due to Crohns - B12, Iron, D) will give your body the building blocks it needs to heal.

I've used Boswellia, though not long enough to see if it is helping.
