I need protein supplementation.  Food and meal replacement shakes aren't doing it.  Any ideas?  Has anybody tried free form amino acids?  Can't seem to hang onto potassium either.  Have been supplementing that trying to catch up.  New and exciting symptoms...numbness and tingling in hands and feet.  Makes typing pretty interesting.    Thanks, Tam

Eggs are a great source of protien.  Body builders drink the egg whites.
