Does anyone know of a name brand enriched refined white bread for this diet I can get in the store!

When I eat wheat products, I do well with wraps and flat bread.  It is easier to digest and is "less" processed.

I make my own salsa, too.  It is just better all around.

I know the struggle it is to find a seedless, less seasoned salsa that is both delicious and friendly to our bellies.  So, I make my own.   Sometimes I make fruit salsa w/peaches, berries, whatever is in season.  Delicious alone or w/toasted pita chips.   Then there is the good tomato standby.  It really is easy to do and this allows me to control the ingredients without the horrible additives and preservatives.

The type we use is Toufayan  Bakeries.   I buy it at our deli counter at most of our grocery stores.

What kind of salsa do you use.  I have to watch highly seasoned stuff and seeds.

We follow a low fiber/low residue diet and my daughter does best with sandwiches made out of white pita bread.  I think because it is less bulky it is easier for her to digest.  I also toast them in the oven with cinamon and honey for a sweet treat, and garlic salt for a crunchy snack w/salsa.  They store well in the freezer too, so I always have them on hand.
