Does anyone know what antidepressant works well for Crohn's patients? I was taking Pritsiq for over a year but it is very expensive and our deductible has yet to be met making it impossible for me to afford at the moment. What a shame because it's the best one I've ever taken. I don't feel numb or hyper but like myself only calmer. Has anyone had success with something else? Thanks, Vaudry

I've been on Celexa for about a year. I'm just in my 20s and not all antidepressants are good for people my age. What helps me is counseling. I'm able to vent and talk about my problems.
I was on Xanax for several years. Life was good. I was up to 120 pounds. So I asked him to take me off of them. A couple of years pass. Fast forward to 2013. Since the beginning of this year I have been feeling extreme anxiety and stress. I've lost 15 pounds. I'm hyperactive and driving my friends and family nuts!! All I hear anymore is "Slow down, Kim". I'm calling my doctor today to schedule an appointment to discuss this with him. I'm hoping there is something for this. Xanax tends to make me groggy and mean the next day.
