hey

thanks for every thing im taking my son devonte to denver, co next month to see a doctor, bad thing about living in casper, wy,  we dont have any docs here that deal with this when kids have it but i think the docs in denver will be a good place for my son to be takin care of.

we still dont know how bad it is yet or any thing really but things are getting better we have learned that we just have to accept this and go forward with it for are son. also just hope for the best out of every thing. its hard being such a young mom i was 17 when i found out i was pregnant and gave birth to my son 3 months after i truned 18. now 20 and having to figure things out its every hard but im getting my high school deplomas this year finally, then plan to go to school for my cna tranning. so this is also helping to go forward with my nursesing. i never though i would even have kids and then i had my son and he seamed to be so perfact.

then a few months ago he sharted having really loose bowls and crying alot saying his tummy hurt really bad so i thought maybe he was just sick with the stomack flu but about a month later we found out that he had uc and its been really hard for me to accept this but i know he can still be in sports like i want him to be in and for him to still have that chance means alot to me. also that he can still have a normal life and do most of what other kids do. i have also heard of a camp that he can go to when he is older and thats so great that some day he can meet kids that will have gone through things that i know he will go through. but thanks to every one for every thing and talking to me!!!!!

Hello,

my daughter is 7 and we found out she had crohns when she was 5.  as awful as it is.  she is beautiful and is such a trooper.  she is and outgoing cheerleader with excellent grades, and is very compassionate towards others.  Believe me we have some tough times, but the good moments definitely out way the rough times.  I want her to know that life is what you make it.  You cant control what you were given but the beauty of it is how you handle your situation.  So remember this always.  Life is precious - no matter what you are dealt.  And we are all dealt something -- it may not be Crohns or IBD, but something none the less.

Stay faithful and diligent with this.

Blessings

Sincerely,

Kris
