I have found that aside from eating, that exercise, yoga, and meditation have helped me keep my stress low and in return I will have less flares due to this.  On facebook I recently joined a 3 week challenge group where ppl have the option to post pics of their meals and workouts to encourage others. It has been really inspirational and positive. If anyone is interested you can look me up on face book under sarah lynn (emmons) and I can add you to the group :)
