Yes, Aloe Vera drink is good for the body. It also helps with digestion. Regular exercising is also useful for keeping a fit and maintained body. I always surf on the web to find about healthy living habits. I found that regular exercises, eating a healthy diet and a body challenge program is good for getting a fit body. There are various online sources like http://www.cellublue.com/fr/wonder_body_guide.php and Wikihow that can help to get a perfect body. It is also essential to be hydrated and away from stress.

We know all vegetables are good for health only I cant eat vegetables everyday so I buy vegetable juice and drink a big glass every day. It has peppers carrots beets spinach watercress tomatoes and more. You can feel the health rush from it. A large glass of milk everyday I also do because a man on the internet said I started drinking milk when I was 4 am now 84 and never been sick a day in my life. I drink milk because it lines my intestines and the protein in milk rebuilds my intestinal walls that is being eaten and making bleeding ulcers by yeast overgrowth. Yeast overgrowth is the cause of chrons and ulcerative colitis. It eats your intestines until you have to get your colon removed. Yeast in bread Is chrons. Stop yeast and you will get well.

I enjoy aloe vera. I mainly drank aloe prior to being diagnosed. Before colitis, when I would have an upset stomach I would drink the "not so pure"/yummier aloe with pulp (i.e., Visvita brand). It would help.
Some months ago during my first flare-up I gave pure aloe a try... I did not like it and it made me use the bathroom. Considering that for most with this disease, using the bathroom is already an issue, I do not recommend it.
Hope this helps.
