Diet for Inflammation

Everything I eat gives me abdominal cramping and trapped gas. Anyone else have this symptom after eating ? I know nuts and seeds are hard to digest but what about nut butters specifically almond butter and peanut butter. Are these 2 foods conducive for inflammation ? At this point I can't win for losing.

same here! nut and seed butters make me bloated and give me a lot of post-nasal drip. i function best with animal proteins (like just chicken or beef or pork) over vegetarian proteins (like nuts, seeds, or beans).
