Body by Vi? Do the shakes help??!

Mon, March 25, 2013 10:09 AM

Just the other day I was told about Body by vi.. The 90 day challenge. Initially it sounded like a good thing to take to lose weight and tone up. After I heard how it was packed with nutrients I decided to google body by vi and Crohn's disease.. Some of the stories I read and videos I seen brought tears to my eyes! I've heard good things but I wanted to hear more. I'm interested to know if anyone here has tried it? I've been on so many different mess since I was 13. I'm ready to try anything. I'm only 22 and have no energy, my bones are weak, my immune system sucks .. i cant control my weight and I can't go anywhere without a bathroom close. It gets depressing bc it feels like  crohns is controlling my life. I also have been questioning when I should get pregnant? If I'm feeling like this now I'm afraid it'll get worse as I grow older.. Any input or suggestions would be appreciated! :)

I would caution using any "gimicks" that may have responded to your post.   I've found there are times when people try to profit from our particular situations and I personally find it repulsive.     I recently saw a Dr. Oz segment w/the creator of the Clean Diet, who he himself suffered from IBS.   I was quite intigued by this doctor's knowledge, turns out he himself is a top ranked cardiologist.  I've been making his breakfast shakes for the past two days and feel terrific.   Lots of energy, no bloating, and no adverse effects.    Again, I was leary and unsure if it would affect my stomach (so I tried it on a long weekend).   So far, knock wood, all is terrific!   It is full of nutrients/vitamins.  If you go on Dr. Oz's site you can see the various recipes for yourself.   Good luck!

I have been taking  "Greens" from It Works. It's your daily fruits and vegetables in 2 tiny scoops that you add to your juice each day. Since I have been taking it, I feel more energetic, less flare ups and I sleep better at night.  The Greens alkalize your body and balances your pH system. Disease likes to live in acidic bodies. I take it myself, and I have clients who suffer from thyroid, lupus and psoriasis, that share the same experience. Other products that I use are "Regular". This helps control bowel movements, Vital is my daily vitamin. Also have Profit Shakes all natural ingredients. No GMO's! You can research on YouTube, and if you are interested in more, please send me an email: raeannwiley@ymail.com
