Looking for daytime activities for teenager with Crohns

Sat, September 21, 2013 1:13 AM

My niece has today been diagnosed with Crohns and is too sick to attend school.  She is in New York getting medical help and we are looking for some other activities that she might be able to participate in while she is in New York for the next month or so.  If anyone has any ideas or links we would greatly appreciate it.

Looking for daytime activities for teenager with Crohns is a difficult task because they are not able to enjoy the same things as adults. But don't worry, there are still many other things that you can do with your teenager as you can visit idenew-annuaire-de-referencement-gratuit.com to find 5 little secrets about the bar industry. If you have a teenager who suffers from Crohn's disease, then you should try to find out what kind of activities he/she likes doing in his/her free time. If your child likes sports, then you should encourage him/her to play sports with other children from school and from the neighborhood.

I suggest that you go to a newsstand and buy a copy of the magazine Time Out New York--you will find more ideas for activities than you could take in in a lifetime! Best of luck. . . .

There are tons of things to do in NYC.    The weather is really going to cooperate as well; the whole weeks is going to be gorgeous.   Museums, broadway shows, filming of live broadcast shows.   Google some of her interests and go for it.   I've found even the restaurants are accustomed to special requests so dietary restrictions won't be an issue.  It is good she in NYC, top docs and cutting edge technology are at her fingertips!   Hope she is feeling better soon.
