i say ,"i *** blood and can't always make it to the bathroom now move out of my way or i am going to blow!!"
If I'm trying to be vague and don't really want to go into detail, I say I have a "chronic autoimmune thing" or "I have a stomach condition." I've also used "I have a disorder that makes it difficult for me to digest food." I've been having to explain it to my new friends at college and if I don't feel comfortable going into detail at that moment but want to be more specific I say "my immune system attacks my digestive tract... so basically I'm allergic to myself" :)
Hope these help!
