Diagnosed in 2023 (21-year-old male turning 22 in March)

I dealt with a flare up that lasted for almost a month and I never received help. But at the same time, my flare ups were so unbearable.  I was diagnosed a week after my 21st birthday, but I knew I was so tired a lot and my stomach was hurting a lot.  I am new to this forum and I just went into remission now but I had another flare up that wouldn't let me sleep for nearly two days.  I wonder if this website is a decent forum to provide emotional support.  I would love to hear your thoughts.
